Capacity Services was established in 2021 by Michael Bleasdale and Murray Coates. With each having over forty years experience in executive roles in both government and non-government, Michael and Murray have lived and worked during multiple reforms and experienced first hand the highs and lows that senior managers and boards encounter daily in the Australian health and welfare sectors.
